Located beachfront, right on the edge of San Pedro Town, Sunbreeze is a U-shaped hotel with 42 rooms of 3 room types. Aqua Dives is right on site, as well as a great bar and restaurant, pool, massage studio, bike or golf cart rental and a tour desk as well. All rooms have air conditioning with partial ocean or garden views.
Standard Rooms: These are garden or pool view, 2 double beds (some have queens), ceiling fan, cable tv, radio/alarm clocks.
Deluxe Rooms: These rooms have partial ocean view and garden views, 2 double beds (some have queens), ceiling fan, cable tv, radio/alarm clocks, mini-fridge.
Premier Rooms: These include a jacuzzi bath, mini-fridge, 2 double beds (some have queens), ceiling fan, cable tv, radio/alarm clocks. Since there are only a few of these room types, please email or call for availability and pricing.

Sunbreeze Suites (formerly AquaMarina Suites) are just a short walk down the beach from Sunbreeze Hotel. This is an all suite hotel located
on the beach right in San Pedro Town. Each suite has a full kitchen,
there is a restaurant and bar on site, pool too. Aqua Dives will pick
you up daily for diving at their own dock.

RAMON'S VILLAGE
Ramons includes 61 thatched roof cabanas ranging from Steve & Becky's cottages to beachfront Cabanas to even a Presidential Suite. Choose from beachfront to gardenview rooms, Ramon's has about a dozen room types to choose from. Great restaurant, bar, pool, beach and dive shop on site, easy walking distance to San Pedro town.
Beachfront Rooms: These rooms are about 40' from the water, full ocean view, 1 king bed.
Seaside Rooms: Still close to the water, about 45'-105', 2 double beds or 1 king bed, partial ocean view.
Gardenview Rooms: 2 Double beds or 1 king bed in these, about 185' from the water
MiniSuites: These have a kitchenette with frig, microwave and coffeemaker, 1 king bed.
Guest Suites: Adjacent to Mini-Suites, these have 1 king bed and glass doors to the balcony. These can be combined with a Mini Suite to have a 2 bedroom Suite.
International & Presidential Suites: These cover the top floor of 2-story cabanas, kitchenette facilities with microwave, frig and coffeepot, sitting area, dining area, sliding glass doors to the balcony overlook the water. Please email or call for pricing.

TUFF E'NUFF DIVING
Coco Beach is an upscale villa resort with 25 two or one bedroom suites plus 5 one bedroom casitas.
The resort has a beautiful free form pool with swim up pool bar, lap area, Jacuzzi, and both submerged and pool side lounge chairs and umbrellas for shaded relaxation or sunning, luxurious interiors, tropical landscaping and breath-taking Caribbean views.
The Suites feature two bedrooms with king sized beds and two baths. Pool View and Sea Front Suites may be booked as one bedroom suites with the second bedroom and second bath closed off. The kitchens offer a spacious layout and are equipped with GE stainless steel appliances. Each suite offers a separate dining area that can accommodate parties of six. The living rooms are outfitted with rattan furniture and Sony televisions equipped with cable television. In addition, a full-sized pullout sofa in each living room offers additional sleeping space.
The Casitas offer spacious bungalow layouts that use different levels to define different interior spaces. Each casita has one separate sleeping area, one bath, a full-sized kitchen, separate dining area and many of the same amenities found in the suites. The living room also offers a full-sized pull out sofa allowing the casita to accommodate up to two people.
The suites and casitas have daily housekeeping and are further equipped with central air conditioning, ceiling fans, satellite TV and lock boxes for valuables and wired internet. Services available on property include laundry services, massage services and free wireless service poolside.
Tuff E'Nuff is on just down the beach at Belizean Shores.
