CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES
Rate Guarantee
While we try very hard to keep rates current, it is difficult to do so
many times. Should you find a lesser hotel/dive package rate anywhere
else, please inform us and we will do our best
to meet or beat that rate.
Unused portions of accommodations, meals and/or activities are
nonrefundable. All boat itineraries are ultimately at the Captain's
discretion and all dives at the Dive Master's discretion.
Caribbean & Pacific Dive Vacations acts only as an agent for owners and
contractors providing transportation, accommodations, diving, tour and
other services.
All bookings are subject to the final vendor's terms and conditions.
Caribbean & Pacific Dive Vacations or any of the properties or dive operations it
represents will not be responsible or liable for any delay, loss,
injury, death, or accident directly or indirectly related to this trip.
Caribbean Dive Vacations, any of the properties or operators are not
responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment or property en
route or during a clients stay. Neither will Caribbean Dive Vacations,
the properties or dive operators accept any responsibility for any
delay, additional expense or inconveniences that may be caused by events
outside our control such as late arrivals of flights, severe weather,
acts of God, acts of government, or failure of any machinery or
equipment. Client further agrees to not old Caribbean Dive Vacations,
it's properties or operators liable for circumstances beyond its
control. Caribbean & Pacific Dive Vacations will not be responsible for loss of
costs incurred as a result of the passenger's failure to supply proper
identifications for entry or participation requirements. It is the
client's responsibility to comply with all Customs and Immigration laws.
Caribbean Dive Vacations accepts no liability for any personal activity
or action of anyone concerning conditions of health, safety, or fitness
for diving or any other activity.
We strongly recommend trip cancellation and interruption insurance
as well as accident and baggage insurance. Please ask for options and rates.
Refund & Cancellation Policies
