Known as the "Land Of The Sleeping Lady" because from the water the island looks like a woman laying down for a nice nap or the night. Welcome to a step back in time, to the way the South Pacific should be. This eco-resort is modeled after a historic Kosraean village including construction techniques and cultural skills. Each room has queen beds (draped with mosquito netting, they can substitute queen beds for single beds), ceiling and floor fans, frig and coffee maker (wireless even reaches some of the cottages). Kosrae Village offers world class service, dining and diving. They emphasize guest comfort in the midst of natural surroundings. The people are friendly, it's just great diving in a remote outpost that you will always remember. Use this as a full vacation or consider this as a stopover to Truk or Pohnpei or even Palau and Yap.
